Our recreational groups are divided primary by Age, then Level. Squad groups are divided primary by Level.
Our Age groups are:
Minis: 3-5y.o Junior: 6 to 8y.o Super: 9 to 12y.o Teens: 13 - 18 Adults: 18+.
* Group's Ages could vary from venue to venue depending the Group level. (e.g: A Junior group can be 7-8y.o instead of 6y.o)
* Gymnastics is an individual sport. We are flexible in the age groups in order to accommodate each child in the best group possible to improve accordingly.
* We value the individual progression and we can change a child to the next group level during the term.
